Not only was Kilmeade an idiot, but the girl on the show made it even worse by asking him to explain about where the two fingers were inserted. If that had happened on any other station but Fox, BillO would would gone bat shit about it. He would be trying to get both Kilmeade and the girl off the air.
I guess I understand the girl's confusion because when you see or hear Kilmeade, you do think ass hole.

Any college football nut would understand the Congressman's request. Whoever in his district IS a college football nut, probably votes for him with no other qualification necessary. Years ago, while living ni the Florida Panhandle, I saw a bumper sticker that said, "My favorite team is the Seminoles. My second favorite team is whoever's playing the Gators." That would be Florida State and Florida, for you non-football watchers. Not long after, I took that idea and wrote a song paraphrasing the line:

Why else would they have one of the best paying jobs in America if they were not better and more deserving then all the other people in America?
If you are so much more deserving then it should be no problem to get the government to shut down so you can go to a ball game!

I consider myself at a B level of social intelligence having gone through dozens of magazines, blogs, newspapers, and biographical information for a number of years with a huge depository of relevant and irrelevant facts and trivia, so seeing a name I could not identify was personally frustrating and embarrassing. Finding out that Brian KIlmeade was in fact the talking head of the most successful cable news show made my embarrassment turn to near self loathing until I saw that he was on FOX and it was from there that I had been unacquainted with the experience of B.K. and company. Now, not knowing about him not only is self-explanatory, but makes me a little proud of the selectivity of my information base.
